CHINESE CRESTED DOGS

The day that our first Chinese Crested, Spike, joined us, was one of those special days! The depth of his love and devotion was astounding and he will always hold a very special place in our hearts.

Having a Chinese Crested living as a family member is an absolute joy! They are not a kennel dog. They want to be near you, touching you, on you...this is the way they are! If you aren't prepared to give them the attention they deserve and expect, then maybe you should look for another breed of dog.

I guess that sounds pretty harsh, but when it comes to Cresteds, we are very protective of who should own them and how they are cared for.

Cresteds are such clowns - so full of affection and fun and they need to share it with you. To deny a Crested this time together would break his or her heart. All they want is love and attention. That seems so little to ask for when they give you so much in return.

If you consider buying a Chinese Crested, please make sure you contact a well respected breeder and view the puppy with his or her parents in their home. A reputable and ethical breeder is not a puppy miller and does not sell to pet shops. A reputable and ethical breeder can tell you about the breed, how to care for, feed and groom them. You won't need to be told how to love it!

The international and national judges who have awarded my dogs over the years, I am deeply indebted to. My satisfaction has been in knowing that my dogs have won on their merits and for that I thank you sincerely.
